Persons, identified with early signs and symptoms through awareness sessions, contact our Sahajogi for guidance. Umeedein central team, in coordination, with Sahajogi provides guidance to such fighters for available treatment facilities, financial schemes, available support services (food, shelter, blood, medicine, etc.). Patient guide, who is stationed at treating hospitals, provides a hand holding support to these fighters thereby guiding them for available support sources viz., accommodation, food, shelter, funds, medicines, conveyance, government schemes etc. Our Sahajogi continues regular follow-ups and counselling with such fighters so as to ensure there are no dropouts and they The team maintains a data base of all fighters who provide us an opportunity to serve them.
